Okay, yeah, this is not always the most comfortable conversation to have, but over the years, I’ve heard from people complain of, um, gastric distress after going vegan. Consuming more fiber and legumes can make your plumbing a little more gurgly than you’re used to or even make you feel backed up and bloated for a while.
